Saudi government is not providing military aid due to their policy towards israel Palestine conflict .

Actually Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain are trio countries with same policy, their foreign policy is according to the USA foreign policy. Recent example is clear when Qatar did the favour of Muslim brotherhood then these trio countries annoyed with Qatar and called back their ambassadors from there because same as America these trio countries are in favour of Abdel Fateh Al-Sisi (dictator) and against Muslim brotherhood (Biggest political party of Egypt).

As per your analysis, can we say that the US foreign Policy is that much strong and has nearly been successful to disintegrate the unity of Muslim-e-Ummah. I think Saudia must help out the Palestine along with other countries to destroy the monopoly and hegemony of US. What do you see the far reaching future of Muslim-e-Umma? How can we get united the Muslim countries to fight against the US dictatorship and its hegemony?

Yes you are right, the US foreign Policy is that much strong and has nearly been successful to disintegrate the unity of Muslim-e-Ummah. The USA has adopted same political system which was of Muslim that a single ruler (known as caliph) will rule the whole Muslim world and will send governors to all Muslim states who will entertain the powers on behalf of Caliph. Now same situation is in the USA where a single president rule over the whole America. The USA is so big that it has five different time zones, if there is sun in one state then night in another state but they are like a single body. They have renamed Caliph to President and remaining system is same. I am not in favour of newly declared so called caliphate by Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi of ISIS and Ottoman Dynasty which was more then Kingship then caliphate. In Ottoman Dynasty caliphate remained in single family but real caliphate was of Hazrat Abu Bakar Sadiq R.A, Hazrat Umer R.A, Hazrat Usman R.A, and Hazrat Ali R.A who were elected by college of electoral. If we cant establish caliphate then we can establish a Muslim organization like European Union where many counties are using a single economy Euro. We are member of OIC but OIC is not so powerful like European Union and NATO. It is very easy to break a single stick but even a powerful body builder cannot break a bundle of sticks tied together. Almost all Muslim Countries have land route with one another but we have not constructed any road for land route we should construct a road which connect all Muslim countries.
The USA has always used Muslim countries soil to invade other Muslim countries like the USA invaded Kuwait with the help of Iraq and invaded Afghanistan with the help of Pakistan soil, now we are scared that after withdrawal of the US military from Afghanistan in 2016 it will create a more chaos in the area like Taliban did in 1989 after the withdrawal of former USSR forces. If we unite then the US cannot use Muslims as a pawn of chess.

Wonder sometime why UNO is not playing its role in solving Middle East crises , as UNO is world body and it is in there charter to maintain peace world wide .
