I have started this thread with intention to highlight the important issues related to CA.
I will keep on highlighting them one by one.

1) Gowadar Port- A centre piece in intrnational arena.

O Economic and startegic significance/dimentions.
•Juncture of South Asia,Central Asia and Middle East.
•Proximity to oil and gas resources.
•Gateway to strait of Hormuz(key to world oil supply).
•Link to Caspian Sea(lake rich in energy resources).

O Opportunities,Challenges and Risks.
•For Pakistan
•For China

O Security Concerns:
•Baloch nationalists' stance.
*Influx of outsiders.
*Autonomy.
*Royalities.

O Concerns of major stakeholders:
•US concern
•Indian concern

O Concequences that the new Govt.will have to face and pressure to absorb.
O Conclusion:
•Dreams v/s Realities
•Cost and benefit- a balance sheet
•Concluding remarks.
