Lightbulb Kashmir & Scottish Referendum

Kashmir & Scottish Referendum

Kashmir is the world most beautiful and serenest place on the planet. It is sometimes called as ‘Switzerland of East’ and ‘Paradise on Earth’. But it is very sorry to say that people of Kashmir are not very lucky, because they are denied their right of freedom from time of Indo-Pak separation. In 1947 when time came to decide fate of Kashmiri people having majority of Muslims, but its Maharaja who was Hindu could not agree to join hands with anyone state.

If we talk about Kashmir in light of recently Scottish referendum, then we came to know that Indian first Governor General ‘Lord Mountbatten’ was agreed to set up referendum to decide fate of Kashmiri people. Indian first Prime Minister ‘Jawaharlal Nehru’ also agreed upon referendum and then it was enshrined in ‘United Nations Security Council’ to set up referendum for Kashmiri people.

Kashmir as being the most beautiful place, but its people are not lucky. Because they are living in state of danger under Indian Army. Pakistan and India fought three wars on name of Kashmir, but its result is zero. If we see situation of Kashmiri people in Kashmir, then we came to know that they are living under ‘Berlin Wall’ and people living few minutes away from each other but can’t meet with themselves.

Now if we look towards recently Scottish referendum in which ‘Scot Land’ which remained under control of ‘United Kingdom’ for about 300 years, but govt. of British gave chance of Scottish people to decide about fate of themselves although all three large political parties of British are against this referendum. If we see effect of separation of ‘Scot Land’ from British, then we come to know that its results will be very hazardous for British economy and overall value in international world. But this is civilized society in which they give power of freedom to their people on fate of their overall future.

But if we see fate of Kashmir with this kind of referendum, then we come to know that India is neglecting right of millions of Kashmiri people due to fear of losing Kashmir from their hands. States smaller than Kashmir get freedom through kind of referendum like ‘East Timor’ and many states in Europe in order to sustain themselves come under control of EU. So, EU is another good example before us for freedom of rights.
India is holding its control on Kashmir from last sixty years under huge number of army. So, Kashmir has become an Army state in which Army has full authority to do anything with people of Kashmiri people. Kashmir is under ‘Emergency condition’ with ‘Special Power Act’ in which army personnel to fire in case of any doubt. So, Kashmir is like ‘George Orwelconcept of ‘thought Crime’ in which ‘a slight thought of dissent is execution able by law.’

Now India is trying to grow its relations with EU to enhance its trade, because EU is world largest market. But EU where everyone is free to act and freedom of speech is everywhere. But India with its draconian laws of so called democracy can’t stand before them. But if study history of EU and ‘United Kingdom’, then we come to know that they were very brutal in nature and they denied basic human rights during their rule in British India. But they changed themselves and due to their cooperation they become world largest market and sharing one fourth of total world GDP. So, India must have to change itself like EU in order to trade with them.

Second India is trying its best to get its permanent seat in ‘United Nations Security Council’. But it first should have to obey United Nations proceedings about fate of Kashmir. Otherwise face of India before international world is very dark that it is not giving rights to Kashmiri people and prevailing state of terror in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

Finally India must have to learn lesson from past that diplomatic solution is very slow and it has bureaucratic limitations, but is safe. Although use of force is very fast but not good for both nuclear states, because it can create nuclear war on both sides. History also tells us that price of war is far too high. So, India should have to understand these critical situations and come forward towards table solutions. Otherwise our soldiers are also ready to tackle any threat from any side.

If we compare ourselves with rest of the world then we come to know that we are living hundreds of years back from other developed nations. For example in India more than 55 million people are living their lives under line of poverty, but on the other hand EU is living together to solve their problems and competing with rest of world in every field of life.

So, if India wants to shake hands with EU and get permanent seat in UNSC, then it should have to decide fate of Kashmiri people with open heart and give them their right of freedom to decide about their fate and their next generations……

YES OR NO...IF YES THEN WE SHOULD TALK IF NO THEN MORALLY WE SHOULD NEVER EVER TALK TO SUCH COUNTRY OR IF WE ARE CAPABLE OF MAKING A UNITED MUSLIM ARMY THROUGH OIC OR ANY OTHER ISLAMIC ORGANIZATion WE SHOULD WAGE A REAL JIHAD AGAINST SNAKES LIKE INDIA AND ISRAEL WHO HAD BEEN KEEPING US IN TRANSPARENT DECEPTION FOR LONG TIME
