Default No expansion in 2016?

The syllabus for English Composition paper does not mention Expansion question. Does this mean Expansion of paragraphs has been excluded from upcoming exams as the marks of already mentioned components of paper already add up to 100.

Please share your opinion, Seniors.

I have checked previous syllabus as well. That doesn't mention expansion too yet it was there in exams. I am relying on marks division now.
