Exclamation Idioms and Phrases are not part of Syllabus?

Dear aspirants, the revised syllabus of CSS-2016 does not include the idioms and phrases to be given in question papers. I hope I'm right?

Need confirmation !

They are the part of syllabus with a modification. They are now included in english urdu translation
