Default Presic title of CSS 2015 Precis and Composition Paper

"Development of War in civilization and its cures"
I want your comments on my precis title. Is it correct or not? I have seen many titles on this forum but mine is a little bit different. So please share your opinions whether I have rightly understood the paragraph or not.

I think first para was abut the development of war in a civilization. It tells us that how gradualy war penetrate in a civilization and how it holds and shapes the events of within a civilization. I think the basic idea was nt to tell the adverse effects of war but to tell it finds its way into a civilization. Second para was abut remedial work ofcourse

It was not exactly about the development of war, instead the focus of writer was on the breakdown of civilizations due to war, but mostly the emphasis was on the detrimental effect of war and on factors that causes war; among them, he pointed out the benefits of concurring power and wealth . So, in my opinion, the title "development of war in a civilization" does not reflect much about the theme of given precis.

You seemed right to me now. However i still believe that writer was trying to tell us that in the early phase war does not hold civilization. Then gradual development in civilization develops war. So i think my title holds relevance. It is my perception but your argument holds the point as wel
