Default Scoring trend in English Precis and Comprehension

A cursory analysis of the 2015 result shows that many candidates scored very well in this particular paper. What is the most scoring part in this paper? More specifically, what are the best marks a candidate can score in
a) comprehension
b) precis
c) title of precis

Thanks in advance to all those who comment/reply/share opinion

Precis, comprehension, and 20 MCQs are the most scoring if one has average command on english.

Well now one knows exactly about the highest marks ever taken, but according to teachers in academies, who are serving CSPs, the highest marks can go to up to 16. This is something that cannot be achieved easily. But again this depends on the examiner checking your paper.

Thank you for your valuable comments, you are right checker don't award more than 15 marks probably. Brother how many marks did you get? Give us a road map to sail through this particular subject?

Thanks
