Following are few suggestions for you:

1- Start building your vocabulary.
Take any word list and learn 10 words daily . Vocabulary.com is also a wonderful site for enhancing vocabulary.It helps you in building word list by pasting the material you want to learn.

2- Read
Read,Read,Read.You can read about anything that you find interesting.It doesnt matter if you feel that the material is not directly related to the CSS Syllabus.

Reading is a must for good writing.You know children keep on Listening for couple of months before they start speaking themselves.Similarly,You need to read the work produced by good writers to build up a good written expression.

3- As far as Dawn is concerned. It is indeed bible for CSS as it will help you in preparation of all subjects.Being a beginner, there are chances that you will find reading newspaper a boring task. Therefore, take things slow.Start with headlines and one editorial/opinion article per day.Underline the difficult words and learn their meaning.

Once you develop a sense of comfort with Newspaper reading.Start reading international page (It will help you in solving MCQs),Business page and as much opinions/editorials you can read.

Don`t forget to save important news articles for further reference. If you are reading newspaper in hard copy.Cut the clippings of articles and arrange them topic wise in a file. Contrarily,If you read newspapers in soft copy, Use Evernote application for arranging and saving articles.

4-Have Patience. Good written expression is a skill and like all other skills e.g driving and cooking, it takes time to develop. Therefore, Never expect quick results and instead of being disappointed with slow progress,Just keep on working.Best of Luck! :)

Ok, Onward Focus on your
- Reading;
- Thinking;
- Listening;
- Speaking;
&
- Writing;

1. Read -Read read and read some more! Read anything and everything that interests you. Books, Magazines, Blogs, Newspapers, Comics....even ads!

2. Think - Always think what are you doing and what you can learn from this thing? after reading any paragraph or an article THINK for a while that what i have learnt from that, after reading if you are having no idea about that repeat it again and again. I mean read everything with lots of concentration sometimes we are just reading and passing through things only :D (My story)

3. Speak -As much as you can, with as many as you can. This doesn't only include one-to-one interactions with the people you know, but participating in debates, extempore competitions etc. helps a lot. I don't know which age group you belong to, but even if you're working and may not get ample opportunities to speak publicly, keep looking for opportunities at your workplace; be it for giving presentations, on a call or just during some discussion with your colleagues!

4. Listen - Watch a lot of TV Series and movies, start with the ones with subtitles if you want.I used to (I mean, I still do) watch a lot of interviews of people I admired. Firstly, it would keep me glued, and secondly it would help me with my fluency. Also, you understand and replicate their pronunciation and observe when they would pause, their voice modulation etc.Try to pause the videos and answer the questions yourself that were asked in the interview ( in English, of course! )

5. Writing - Now if you have passed through all these above steps, and if you have gained enough knowledge writing will be so easy for you because writing is the act of written words. Everyday give yourself a topic and start writing on that...............................................

Listen and Read first, Think second, Speak and write then:oo
- if you can listen and speak well, you can generally read and write well. Listen and read the English as much as possible, which practically means integrating English into daily life in some way, this gives you a practical interest and practical motivation to go the next mile.
Besides these:))

haa one thing more which I'm personally using for a year, want to suggest you is "WORDWEB" Link It is a kind of dictionary which gives any word meaning in a second just by holding left control key in your keyboard and clicking the Right key in your Mouse:blink
You will feel no need of copying pasting things:bow
These are my personal suggestions for you Follow any of them if you think that's beneficial for you
Wish you Best of BEST sweet bro:phone

Regards
