humanity is thankful(grateful ) to science and its inventions. in previous two hundred years science has almost revolutionized every walk of life. conquest of time and space is great feat(achievement). world has dwindled and became global village.
the distances which were covered in month in past are now covered in minutes.
we can travel to moon and get back its models too.
swift transport has made travelling a joyous experience.
the traveling to America and Europe has become trifle.

Fast means of communication have made the travelling a pleasant experience. Travelling to Europe or America has become ordinary matter. Now it has become possible that you can do your lunch in Lahore, dinner in London and next day breakfast in New York. If Ibn-e-Battuta could have a second life, he would find the present world more convenient for living and more pleasant for travelling as compared with the past."
