Default Direct-Indirect QS Ambiguity
In the previous papers of ENGLISH (PRECIS & COMPOSITION) up to 2016, Direct-Indirect was a part of the QS paper but in 2017 paper it was removed. Should we expect the same from 2018 paper?

Yes, you should because it's the part of the syllabus but that's upto them whether they include it in upcoming paper or exclude it.
