Same problem here. I attempted comprehension before precis and then ran out of time. Comprehension was opinion based.

Does writing and presentation skills matter ? Because i have scribbled so much in last few questions because of short time. Even I did cut some words and added a few by putting ^ in between lines.
Am I in hot water ?

Never have I ever attempted English paper this poorly before. I couldn't manage time and many of my MCQs were wrong. I don't think that I will survive this paper lol.

Last year, I scored 41. Hope for the best. I cannot guarantee that you will pass because this is the only paper which can give unexpected result. Even I am not sure that I will pass. I too have a lot of mistakes.

Yes, writing and presentation skills does matter and in all subjects. My writing was not that bad even at the end but due to shortage of time I was unable to work on paper presentation. Cutting and adding between lines make bad impression and examiners do not like that but chill at least they are better than mistakes. I try to keep my paper as neat and as flawless as I can. I usually use a lot of markers for presentation but due to shortage of time, today I remain unsuccessful in doing so.

The same happened to me, i also could not attempt the question related to pair of words and idioms... Nd the indirect passage was also left unattempted.
Paper was easy but it was designed in such a way as to consume more time of candidates. Lets see what happen.
