Debt-servicing is the biggest obstacle in Pakistan’s road to progress. International Financial Institutions impress their conditions before they could provide loans for which indebted countries are unable to initiate human-development projects. Pakistan is so much debt-laden that after doing debt-servicing nothing is left in the treasury for the uplift of masses. We face this situation because loans were not utilized on profitable projects, instead, they were consumed on the short-lived comforts. Besides, a large portion of loans was misappropriated.

ایک زما نہ تھا جب جا پان میں بھی ہما ر ی طر ح سے مشترکہ خاندانی نظا م تھا۔جہا ں دادا،دادی اور دوسرے رشتہ دار مل جل کر رہتے تھے۔ایک دوسرے پر مکمل اعتما د اور محبت کی فضا میں بچو ں کی پرورش کر تے تھےجس کی وجہ سے بچو ں میں خود اعتمادی تو پیدا ہو تی ہی تھی ان کا زہن بھی ہمیشہ مثبت انداز میں سوچتا تھا ۔وہ اپنے مسائل ,اپنی تکالیف والدین اور دیگر اہل خانہ کے ساتھ مل کر حل کرتے تھےجس کی وجہ سے ان میں تحفظ کا احساس پیدا ہوتا تھا ۔لیکن جیسے جیسے ملک ترقی کرتا گیا لوگوں کے پاس وقت کم ہوتا گیا۔مغربی اقدار نے اپنے پنجے گاڑنے شروع کر دیئےاور معاشرہ متاثر ہونے لگا۔

Once Japaan had joint family system like ours,where grandfather ,grandmother and all other relatives lived together.They nurture children with having a complete cofidence on each other and in an atmosphere of love.This not only had created self-confidence among children but their minds also started to think positively.They solved their problems,their troubles by co-operating with parents and other family members.It had created a sense of safety in them.But gradually ,with the development in their country , people had less time.Western values started to stablize there and their society would be affected.

few years back, joint family system also prevailed like ours in japan, whole family including relative and grand parents lived together. it was conducive environment to brought up children and make them confident. cognitive abilities were developed in a positive way so they could resolve their issues through consensus.With innovation in society , people lacked interaction which lead towards promotion of western culture and society started to decline .

There was a time when Japanese also had a joint family system like ours where grand-parents and other relatives lived together. They had complete faith in one another and they brought-up their children in an affectionate environment wherein not only self-confidence but also positivity was inculcated in their attitudes. They used to resolve their problems and sufferings with the co-operation of near and dear. It provided sense of security among them. As the nation progressed, time became a precious element. The society went in abysmal as the western norms infiltrated it.

Government should constantly keep watch on prices so that public can lead reasonable livings.No other service has such value for public like that they get everything in abundance and fair prices.This step may be a guarantee of popularity for government.

and Muslims were its participants.But after defeat, the English just made Muslims target of their cruelty and injustice.Muslims wished to restore their lost glory and regime.Failure in war proved destructive ,politically and economically for the Muslims.Muslims assets were forfeited after war.Innocent people were hanged.After careful selection ,Muslims were sacked from government jobs.

یقییناً ملک کا ہر فرد یہ چا ہتا ہے کہ کرپشن کا اگر مکمل خا تمہ نہیں ہوتا تو اس میں کم از کم واضع کمی ضرور آنی چا ہیئے ۔لیکن ترقی پذیر ملکو ں کا المیہ یہ ہے کہ ان میں کرپشن اور بد عنوانیوں سے نجا ت حا صل کر نے کے عزائم اور ارادوں کے اظہا ر کی کمی نہیں لیکن اگر کمی ہے تو سخت اقدامات کی۔ماہرین کی متفقہ رائے ہے کہ کرپشن زمین سے اگنے والی گھا س نہیں ۔وہ نیچے سے اوپر نہیں جا تی بلکہ اوپر سے نیچے آنے والے پا نی کی مانند ہےجو سب کچھ بہا کر لے جا تا ہے۔لہذا جب تک اختیا رات محدود نہیں ہوں گےکر پشن پر قابو پا نا دشوار ہی نہیں نا ممکن رہے گا۔

Absolutely, every citizen in our country at least wants a clear cut reduction in corruption, if it is not fully abolished.But it is a tragedy in developing countries that in there aims and designs ,no lack of expression exist,to get rid of corruption and mal-practices. But if there is any lack,it is of drastic steps.It is an unanimous opinion of professionals that corruption is not a ground grown grass .It never grows from lower to upper side but it is like that water which flows from upper to lower level and sweeps everything away.So if powers will not limited soon ,to control corruption not only remain difficult task but may be impossible.
