قر ضو ں کی ا دائیگی پا کستا ن کی تر قی کی راہ میں سب سے بڑ ی رکا و ٹ ہے۔قر ض دینے والے عالمی ادارے قرض دینے سے پہلے اپنی شرائط منوانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے مقرو ض مما لک عوامی بہبود کے منصو بے شروع نہیں کر سکتے۔پاکستا ن پر قر ضوں کا بو جھ اتنا بڑھ گیا ہے کہ ان کی سالا نہ اقسا ط کی ادائیگی کے بعد عوام کی حا لت بہتر بنا نے کے لئے خزانے میں کچھ نہیں بچتا۔یہ صورت حا ل اس لئے پیدا ہوئی ہےکہ ہم نے قرضوں کو منا فع بخش منصو بو ں پر استعما ل نہیں کیا۔بلکہ ان کو صرف وقتی آسائش حا صل کر نے کے لئے خرچ کر دیا۔اس کے علاوہ قرضوں کا ایک بہت بڑا حصہ خوردبرد کر لیا گیا۔
Payment of loans is the main restriction in the way of progress of Pakistan. International Loan Providing Institutions set their terms before giving loans.Due to which ,Deboter Countries couldn't start public welfare projects.Pakistan is under so much burden of debts that the treasury looks emptied after paying annual installments.The main reason behind all these consequences is that we never used such loans for profitable projects .Instead,we utilized them just for timely gain.And a huge part of these loans is also embezzled.

Correct my mistakes.

Debt servicing is the biggest hindrance to the development of Pakistan.

قر ض دینے والے عالمی ادارے قرض دینے سے پہلے اپنی شرائط منوانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے مقرو ض مما لک عوامی بہبود کے منصو بے شروع نہیں کر سکتے۔

International Financial Institutions put forward the conditionalities before lending; owing to this, the borrower countries cannot start social welfare projects.

پاکستا ن پر قر ضوں کا بو جھ اتنا بڑھ گیا ہے کہ ان کی سالا نہ اقسا ط کی ادائیگی کے بعد عوام کی حا لت بہتر بنا نے کے لئے خزانے میں کچھ نہیں بچتا۔

Pakistan is so debt-ridden that there is nothing left in treasury to uplift masses after annual debt servicing.

یہ صورت حا ل اس لئے پیدا ہوئی ہےکہ ہم نے قرضوں کو منا فع بخش منصو بو ں پر استعما ل نہیں کیا۔

This situation has arisen because we didn't spend the loans on profitable projects.

بلکہ ان کو صرف وقتی آسائش حا صل کر نے کے لئے خرچ کر دیا۔

Instead, spent them on ephemeral comfort.

اس کے علاوہ قرضوں کا ایک بہت بڑا حصہ خوردبرد کر لیا گیا۔

Besides, a large chunk of loans is embezzled.

Translation:
The previous year was not encouraging enough for Pakistan with reference to Sports.The biggest setback is by Saif Games.After the incidence of 9/11 in Newyork,these games were potponed.Players had well-practised for these Games ,helding in Islamabad from 16th October.Government tried its best till the end that these games were held at the fixed time.But due to arrival of some Doubtful Foreign players,nothing left just the cancellation of these games.Now these Games will held next year.Besides it,many Foreign Cricket Teams feel worried in visiting Pakistan.Owing to it, the Cricket Board suffered a great loss.

'Doubtful Foreign Players' is incorrect translation.

This article is referring to 2001 SAF Games. Those games were postponed multiple times. Finally, played in 2004.
