I think best way to improve it is by reading a lot and writing. Read some good newspaper. And then write one or two articles on daily basis. You can even write exactly as they are in a newspaper.

Or other way is to buy sundry reflections book by Mansoor Mirza and write one short essay daily.

These things will help you to make your writing style better and there will be no grammar mistakes after some time. I think you can read some grammar book too. Oxford grammar is a good one. And then Raymond Murphy's grammar book. But still it's better to just practice. To read and write than reading Grammar stuff. By practising automatically your English will improve for sure and there will be no mistakes.

Another thing you can do is to get your writings checked by some English teacher.

I would also like to add that watching feature films with subtitles helps a lot.
When I was in Sweden, I was very surprised by the fact that the whole population speaks English very well, a little less well in writing, but their spoken English is perfect. I asked - what methods are used in schools and colleges to learn English? I was very surprised with the answer - there is no special method in learning English, they just do not dub and translate absolutely all feature films and TV shows in this country. They are broadcast in English with Swedish subtitles. Thus almost the entire population speaks perfect English.
