@suresh
i would like to appreciate ur effort...u have really done a gr8 job its very informative.....but what u think, how much these rules can contribute in learning pronunciation especially for a person who has already developed a pronunciation style??? I do realise that learning at any stage in life is worthy but isnt it that at later stage of life its a great deal of time. what do u think is the role of Phonetics in learning English pronunciation?? i have, many times,tried to follow the phonetics by comparing the words, sounds and spelling but realised that one can only be benifited if one is confident about one's pronunciation or should take guidance from an expert ......do u think so or what is your opinion??? regards |
