i have copied your Idioms from A-Z in my Ms-Word. I was trying to found some Idioms of previous CSS-2003-2004 Q-papers of Precis & composition writting from your a-Z idioms but unfortunately i was shocked when i found only 2 idioms (1. kick the bucket, 2. acid test) only from Quratullain's A-------Z Idioms which have shocked me. Therefore, i don't want to remember useless idioms.

Dear Khuda Bux,
If I'm not mistaken, nor English language is limited to CSS Exam English & Precis paper neither English paper in CSS exam is bound to have a few selected idioms! Outgrow your course of thinking first, and just visualize what you've said in your post.
Many others, including Argus and Surech have also posted list of idioms, have a look at them and find idioms there that are missing in my list! Further the idioms posted by me here in this thread have been collected from different web resources, I don't remember them exactly, just be a bit smart and ask Uncle Google, you'll get all the references there! Yes, it's my mistake , not mentioning the exact source, but having so much responsibilities and fulfilling them in accordance with Forum's requirements can give me a little space to breathe, I think isn't it so?
AND YES, MY NAME IS QURRATULAIN, FELLOWS DO CALL ME QURAT, BUT ENTITLING ME WITH SELF CREATED PET NAMES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
Thanks for understanding!

YOu can download a good English Idioms Dictionary for your Mobile (Java or Symbian Platforms) on <www.getjar.com>. and can spend your time on some constructive thing instead of plying Snakes...

Dear Quru! these Idioms are enough to boost knowledge but the main problem is that:
1. Are these idioms are supporting Idioms for CSS-2008 exams?
2. Are these really accuratly according to the CSS syllabus?
Dear Quru! You should write books & Authors name also from where you have got so that everyone can purchase it because it may be possible that some mistake has been accured during your typing here.
Dear Khuda Bux: It is requested that do not try to examine any body here and do not try to express objectionable comments. You know every body is making contribution for the mutual help. And it’s your wrong assumption that a list of idioms from any single member will suffice your exam preparation. Even if you memorize 5000 idioms there is no any guarantee that your exam paper idioms are completely covered in that list.
Do not assume illogical things. And do not say that A-Z list provided by Quaratullain is useless. If its your assumption then tell us the list of useful idioms. Nothing is useless everything in study rewards you in one way or other.
