Brother, it was very easy to check; you could have checked a good dictionary or google to see meaning of 'lucrative'. Lucrative means paying, remunerative, rewarding etc. as such 'lucrative position' means a post where one can get good remuneration/pay alongwith other privileges.

Lucrative refers to money-spinning, well-paid, highly-paid. Mostly it is used to high light the monetary attraction of any position. That includes fringe benefits and additional privileges either in monetized shape or in non-monetized shape.
You could check its meaning in word document by right clicking the word and selecting synonymous.
