Exclamation Problem of plenty (Grammar)

hello everyone,

Friends, just wanted to know that out of the following four highly rated and regarded books for grammer part of the English paper, which one would you recommend and suggest.

- A Practical English Grammar (A. J. Thomson, A. V. Martinet)
- Practical English Usage (Michael Swan)
- book by Wren & Martin
- How english works by michael swan and catherine walter

I presume all the above four books are more or less same and naturally we shouldnt read all four of them and moreover books under discussion are quite costly as they are only available in their original editions. So which book can do it for us in english paper as far as grammer part is concerned.

kindly Enlighten and resolve this problem of plenty.

Thanks

@ Out of Place,

As it is difficult to go through all above books. Regardless, I would advise you to go for R & Martin (Along with its key book). The reason i recommand this is, it covers most of the aspect of english including, composition, vocab, writing strucrure, common errors, correct english as well.

Good thing that makes me read this book is, how and why? Hope you get it.

Regards,

salam dear out place.

As for as ur questions are concerned,so i will suggest u to go for A Practical English Grammar by (A. J. Thomson, A. V. Martinet)secondly, they are available in good and fine printed on very low price than its orginanal price. coz i remmbered that i bought a book of michael swan on more or less on 200 and similarly i also bought A. V. Martinet on 150.thirdly, if u study any of two books so u can hit the css comprehension paper very easily.

regards
wasalam
