Title should be small (max 4 words, ideally 3 words), and broad if you want 5/5 marks

You title is long and it limits itself to psychological causes only. A broader topic like Facade of unhappiness or myth of unhappiness etc would have fetched you more marks

jis ne jo likha theek likha...there is no ideal..i.e three or four words...examiner ki marzi h k wo kaisay paper check krta h...highly unpredictacle exam specially english.

Refer any good book of precis.
The title must not be more than 7 words.
