Aslam-o-Alaikum Abdul Rehman,
Dear, first of all you need to grasp the English grammar by referring a good book on it.Then, you should read several English newspapers,magazines and in fact, read and think about the sentences of books which you are referring. while reading news papers,you need to sort out difficult words and interesting phrases in order to build your vocabulary and phrases. Besides this, for improving your writing skills you need to do practice . Write little essays or expansions and post them here and let seniors to check. REMEMBER Practice makes a man perfect.There is no other way than to practice for improving your writing skills.
Regards

aoa Kamran_Shaikh has guided you well.in addition to his suggestions you may follow these directions too;
a- for imprroving your grammer get the grammer book by Wren & Martin
b- read as frequently and as much as you can,and then try to write hat you read in your own words
c- then get your work cheched by some tutor
d- watch english news channels
e- practise writing as well as speaking english
good luck

Once you are over with Wren n Martin , move on to Exploring the world of English. It is very useful book for CSS.
