if your english is week then u have to need the tution of english grammer .other wise u can study it at home .u can get grammer book written by muzzafer bukhari and sonia bukhari by any book shop of urdu bazar .it is very helpful for inhancing your grammar.

to learn english language in a shorter period of time .. sister teacher is must..
if need improvements in english then solely self study is better..
Nd buy a good book of basic english grammar which is written in your mother tongue to better understand the fundamental rules govering the language..
if you have base then you need not any tutor.. just have good books of english language .. market is replete with quality books..

Improving your English is very important. I would suggest starting from basic books and then go onto advance books like exploring the world of english by saadat ali shah. There are a lot of books recommended on this forum; check those posts out.

It depend on ones capability and past knowledge, for css it is continuous practice give at least one hour daily to composition and precis and write an essay within 15 days.
