@misbha what does quasi means not complete and look like as in law we study quasi judicial means the judicial powers used by executives it doesn't means they are judicial member but like or seeming like judicial
rigmarole means a complicated lengthily procedure which is of no use foolish procedure or meaning less and if we compare unnecessary and confused talks unnecessary is more suitable
