Default Suggestion Required for English Book
According to FPSC revised policy every ex-cadre post BS-18 and above required to qualify following paper in addition to technical screening:

Paper one for all posts in BS-18 and BS-19.
I) English Essay 50 Marks
II) English (Composition, précis, Grammar and Translation) 50 Marks.

Paper Two (General Management Posts)
I) Public Administration & Office Management 50 Marks.
II) Human Resource, Financial Management, Quality Management and Information Technology 50 Marks.
OR
Paper Two (Professional or Technical Posts)
I) Public Administration, Human Resource and Financial Management relating to his field 20 Marks.
II) Specialized Paper relating to the Qualification subjects and profession of the post 80 Marks.

I need help for preparation of Paper One. Any reference good which may help me ??
