Kindly suggest me single book that is helpful in preparing both english compulsary papers precise and essay or only one papers. I want the one best and authentic book that include everything in it kindly seniors suggest me.

English P&C Book by Hafiz Kareem Dad Chughtai, this book contains all revelant material for both papers of English.

There is not a single book which can cover both subjects of English.

It has past papers of English as well. New ones can be retrieved from this forum. Along with contents and past papers, it also has practice exercises. It is enough for English Precis & Composition.
There is no stuff about essay writing and also no sample essays. Above mentioned things are important for essay writing specially grammar and tenses. Rest vocabulary will build up with time.

Check essay section of this forum. Read guide about essay writing. Choose 1 topic gather material. Make outline of 1-2 pages and practice writing. Write 1 essay per week (At least). One can only prepare 10-30 essays by this method till examination. No one can really anticipate topics of coming exams but you need to choose topics. Choose wisely from past papers as well as current affairs topics. This is only a practice to learn techniques to attempt essay. After preparing all your subjects you will have enough information to write one essay in examination. So, there is no need to cram anything for that purpose. Information will come to your mind on right time and material gathering for essay is only required at beginner stage. FPSC is discouraging crammed essays and giving topics in which aspirants can show their own creativity and skills.

Note: Get a private coach for English (Single person for both papers). He should have experience of teaching CSS English subjects. Learn from him what is needed to be learn. Do a lot of practice and ask your teacher to evaluate, point mistake, suggest corrections and give valuable tips for examination. Continuous practice is required.

This book is only for English Precis & Composition. No section of essay writing. However grammar, tenses and decent vocabulary are prerequisite for writing essay writing.

Best book which covers both papers is " Modern Rhetorics" by Cleanth Brooks. Unfortunately this book is not available in Pakistan in hard form, you can download pdf version from libgen.me
