Default pain and heart---Paragraph

Heart seems to be constantly at work, the work of protecting its mate-the soul. From whom, from pain. Foolishly, it does it through fortification of bodily layers. Like a yoke of oxen it keeps on pumping blood here and then there and back here again, flushing out pain from everywhere and then bringing it back to center. While doing so it thwarts itself. Consequently, pain wins as it manages to bury itself deep into the soul, breaking all the pride of the poor heart. Ah only if heart knew that the pain doesn't need medium for its transmission. It has many vehicles though. Sometimes it attacks like a blow from a half drawn arrow, hitting eyes and then ears and then arms or maybe legs or anything in between. Then, it may choose its epicenters in the body to keep on coming from there. You see an indifferent beloved, a dead relative, a lost parent, a bad decision, a missed goal they all become these epicenters of pain. And person, the battlefield of this whole war, keeps on swimming in this whirlpool of pain, until he meets something bigger than the pain. A new beloved, a new friend, a new goal, some new decisions shift the epicenters and finally heart wins.
The only way. Move on.
