Default Respected seniors plz check my expansion

seniors please check my expansion and point out my weakness in grammar, sentence structure, argumentation, unity and idea.

Sweet are the uses of adversity;
Which, like the toad, ugly and venomous
Wears yet a precious jewel in his head

It is with reference to Shakespeare’s play; “as you like it”. It is a light comedy but full of rich thoughts. Shakespeare compares adversity to a toad which is an ugly looking creature, besides being venomous. A toad by virtue of its ugliness does not evoke any appreciation on the part of an onlooker. In spite of being ugly and venomous, it posses, however, a redeeming feature by containing a precious jewel in its head. Adversity is stimulus which motivates man for taking action. Obviously time of adversity is the darkest aspect of one’s life , where stars shine brilliantly. Undeniably sometimes adversity is what we need to face in order to became successful. In the battle of Tabuq the Muslim fighters were provided with a single date, which they sucked to sustain themselves during the battle. There are endless names in history, who tasted the sweetness of adversity. For instance Marie Curie was a poor girl she became orphan at age of 10. Being polish citizen Russia was not allowed her to attend university. She has no money to attend college lectures. In hostel she used to eat dry breads. In classroom she often losses consciousness because of weakness. Being of these adverse conditions, she stands as pioneer in the science of radioactivity. She was first person to win two noble prize .Fist person who receive doctorate from France. She was first woman who teach at the Sorborne in its 600 year history. If history’s verdict were accepted the great man of all categories appears to have been brought up in school of adversity . Therefore the good things which belong to prosperity are to be wished but the good things that belong to adversity are to be admired.

I'd say it in a single sentence just like this, " Adversity takes out the giant within "

No, you've misread the script.
It means that adversity is a blessing in disguise which makes you strong and gives birth to the capabilities of coping with them in you.

As it is said in Urdu that, " Mushkilain mujh pe itni paree'm ke aasaa'n ho gai'n ".

Default Sir please........check

Sir today i wrote a short essay please check and comment

Future of democracy in Pakistan.
Quaid -e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah told his fellow members of the Muslim League on 9th June 1947 I do not know what the ultimate shape of the constitution is going to be, but I am sure it will be democratic type . He also added that democracy is in our blood, it is in our marrow. Merely after decades of Quaid the circulation of blood became cold. Actually democracy is learning process of a nation rather than a fixed program to install it in the nation. Democracy comes by Trial and error. For instance, the democracies of the world including that of United State and Great Britain took civil wars and two hundred years to get on track. So, Pakistan is on the way to democracy, the hide and seek of dictatorial and democratic system is going on .In this trial and error both played their terms four times, now paralyze democracy is again on the track .
So what about the future? There is hope for democracy in future .In Pakistan we do not have democratic culture in the country. The initial drawback of the democracy of Pakistan which is merely same in all so called people parties, they draw their strength from establishment instead of the masses. After that all political parties depends on horse trading in spite of their political manifesto. Horse trading is a service better provides by establishment.
They rays of hope are scattering for better democracy in future. The basic constituents of democracy are now becoming stronger which sounds good for better democracy. One, that strong and independent judiciary is always well wisher of democracy .Now in Pakistan its becoming strong and independent in its decision. Two, that democracy is function of the level of economic development, the higher the level of economic development the better the prospects for democracy. Economic development leads to a vibrant middle class whose interest is in sustaining free market and building democracy. Third, the democracy is the function of education the higher the education levels of society greater the chances of democracy. In a nut shell, future of democracy is again in warm blood and remains in warm blood.
