We are all inclined to judge ourselves by our ideals, others by their act.
A quit normal trend is seen in human society that we are biased for ourselves but good critic for others. We do not want to see others in the same canvas that we set for ourselves. Things which get green signals for us, usually we do not allow these for others. That is a real kind of dilemma of our society. Hence, it results in the emergence of social differences and apathy among the people. If we want to achieve something we try to get it by hook and crook and can go to any extent to accomplish our desires. In this struggle, some limits could be crossed by us but we do not care about it because we have our destination now. However, when the same act is done by someone else, we characterize them under social values and tag them as good and bad. We often forget that back in our life we have done the same thing. This is human psyche. He does not make himself to stand in the same court. We always think that we are right and rest of the world is wrong. This shows repercussions like aversion and hate among the people of a society. Therefore, it could be concluded that if we want to see heaven on earth and want people to understand each other’s problems, we have to set same standards for others as we do for ourselves. Your have rightly understood the topic, but unfortunately could not express your ideas well. In other words, it is not very expressive expansion. A very good observer may comprehend the hidden meaning behind this expansion, otherwise for a common man it is difficult to understand what you are trying to say. yes, for sure, it's my personal opinion and others may disagree.

A downward trend in education standard today is root cause of all social evils.
A society will flourish by all means until or unless people are provided with proper education. Achievements cannot be seen in a society without the charm of literacy. In the light of above mentioned facts, social evils are emerging and swallowing the civility and courtesy of a society due to lack of education. Without being prejudice one can take an idea that if a society wants to be prosperous then it must has an effective education system apposite to today’s world. Moreover, education gives a man senses to understand this world and eventually he learns how to comport in a society. Otherwise, he bungles everything by his blatant behavior. Examples can be taken by annals too as during British rule in Sub-continent, people were not aware of their social and political rights because they had alienated themselves from modern education. Let’s come back in present age, where the now society broaches itself an educated one but actually it is not. Here a sector of students is getting education in Cambridge affiliated schools while another group is sitting in a school which does not have buildings even. A vast difference between the qualities of education of the two groups can be seen easily. This diversified and downward trend in education is responsible for the decadence of social norms. It is very necessary to give proper guidance to those who were unable to get good education in past otherwise they would be involved in different crimes like robberies, drug addiction, money extortion and land mafia. By introducing a uniform and harmonious education system, these social evils can be tackled. Rightly said by Robert Frost,

WE ARE INCLINED TO JUDGE OURSELVES BY OUR IDEALS: OTHERS BY THEIR ACTS (CSS-2003)

It is a common problem that everyone thinks they are correct in every matter they are interested or otherwise. They judge themselves the way they like. However, they judge others by their acts. In addition, nobody can point out his/her own mistakes and flaws. They think what they want should be implemented. However, when the same thing is desired by others, they start to find out mistakes and shortcomings in that particular thing or activity. We have the fair example of USA and Afghan Taliban in place. They both see each other as terrorist. This happens because USA sees Taliban as per its own culture, beliefs and values. She considers everything good that is done by her. On the other hand, Taliban are also of the same opinion. By the same token, Taliban and the people of Pakistan are Muslims. They are still fighting with each other because of their ideological differences. Apparently, Taliban demand is to establish pure Islamic government in Pakistan that would be mixture of their own ideologies. On the other hand, Pakistan government wants secular government and would base on democracy. Again the problem here is that the Taliban and Pakistan see themselves by their ideals, and at the same time judge each other by acts of one another. This problem is the root cause of all mess in a society. If we are to overcome this problem we have to think that what would be the situation if we put ourselves in place of others in a particular situation. Conclusively, it would be pertinent to note that many wars in the past and even ongoing are the manifestation of the problem that we judge others by their acts but ourselves. Dear I have highlighted your mistakes in Red color followed by my explanation of the mistakes in Green.

You must focus on correct usage of English as well because that paper, as explicitly stated by the FPSC, gauges the candidate's ability to use English correctly as a medium of communication. Where you focus on the quality of expansion in terms of Ideas, do not forget to focus on its quality in terms of language being used.

You have gone slightly off the mark, which is a fatal mistake in expansion, always select a saying that you have grasped fully. You must have been adhered to the downward trend, its causes in the first section and its bad impacts in terms of declining morals in the second. The word count is limited and it is crucial to stay to the point, so you have to be terse and succinct.
Best of Luck and keep practicing. :)

politics is a strife of interests masquerading as a contest of principle

The above mentioned statement alludes towards the essential ingredients of politicians, political parties and the polity, that is, deception and mercantilism.Beyond platitudes and rhetorics, there is not much to be found in politics.Morality, ethics and ideologies are something of a little significance.when it comes to fulfilling personal motives, all rules are violated and all norms are forgotten.
the often propounded speeches, filled with banality and cliches of politicians are nothing but carrots to appease the docile masses.much of their efforts and endeavors are to fulfill their endless bucket of personal gains.in the war between principles and interests, expediency hails victory.the pages of history are full of such examples in which the political values were sacrificed at the altar of insidious motives. In pakistan, many so-called champions of democracy exist who were secretly hand in glove with the country's dictators;when the time came to resist against the tyrants, unfortunately, they became turncoats.another pertinent example to mention here is from the history of england : in the year 1688, two political parties , the whigs and the tories, having radically opposite political orientations, joined hands to curtail the power of monarchs and to increase their own strength.many call it "the glorious revolution" but, the critics call it a clever move to empower oligarchy.
thus,it can be concluded that there are no rules in politics.everyone tries to keep up appearances while staging backdoor intrigues, for petty gains.indeed, politics is not about principles, it is about victory and duplicity.

P.S: ignore the capital letters mistake.

If wants were horses even Beggars would ride

As a matter of fact that human by nature desires a lot. But he is nearly unable to fulfill all of his desires. Because, many things which he wants are more or less out of his reach. That is why Tom, Dick and Harry can not fulfill their desires. Same as the case with Beggar, a Beggar desires for luxurious bungalow, car, bank balances, beautiful women and many more related to the above things which make them him happier. Beggar wants are not genuine. Because it does not make any sense. Infact, a Beggar can not afford such expenses. In order to gain a horse, Beggar needs a lot of money to ride over desired horse. Sadly, he can not afford horse due to the shortage of money.

Similarly, we have limited resources and unlimited wants. Particularly, third world counters are facing many problems, but the problem that has affected them are scarcity. Therefore, nation in coordination and cooperation with other countries are trying their best to fulfill their desires as much as they can.

Even a King or Queen is nearly unable to fulfill all of his/her desires, no body can achieve his/her desired heaven perfectly. However, with honesty, sincerity and hard work can do miracles. But it needs an ample time and concentration to the target or desire in a right way.

Nevertheless, a Beggar desires for those things which are nearly out of his reach. But his desires can not be restricted by anyhow. As every body has got the freedom of expression and freedom of desires. Similarly, beggar desires for a horse that is very far away from him due to his poorness. But he can do anything with his hard working in order to earn much more money to purchase a horse so that he can ride over it. Sadly, most of the beggars are nearly unable to fulfill their desires, because desires are very far away to reach them. That is why it is well said that if wants were horses even beggars would ride.

Your attempt is better, but I don't know why I did not manage to read it completely. While I was reading your expansion, after reading three four sentences I got bored, may be I was not getting you properly what you were saying in your expansion... The point I want to suggest you is that to make your expansion very crystal clear and to the point. Use simple words, simple sentences. It is my opinion what I have assessed from your expansion. Hope you would try your best to make an other good attempt. Wish you best of Luck...

More or less it has been seen and assumed that we always criticize other people according to their deeds. We are understood by their acts they do that they are mistaken. However, in our own case, no matter we have committed a mistake or any blunder, if some one criticize us, then we would be frustrated and even we can go even a length of fighting but would not tolerate the disclosing of our flaws and mistakes in front of anybody. As a matter of fact, by nature human is liable to commit mistakes, because he is not an angel neither he is a God. To the same token, after nine eleven, Talibans have been on the board, and are considered terrorists. By the same token, Talibans do not like Americans' belief, value and culture. Because, they want a government in all over the world like Ghlufa e Rashdeen. Contrary to this, Americans are secular and they do not permit any body to impose Islam in the world. Therefore, they judge to one another according to their acts and deeds. May be they both are right as per their own belief, values, and traditions. However, we every body thinks about them by our ideas as per their deeds. To the conclude, we judge ourselves good, no matter we are bad or wrongdoers. Besides, we think about others according to their deeds and then device a judgement that some one is wrong doer or good doer.
