Please check the expansion below on: "Self done is Well Down"
Self done is well done Above phrase tells us that being independent and only rely on yourself is the best practice one can perform. Self-reliance is the amazing sprit. It opens wide gates of ideas and possibilities by providing confidence, a sense of maturity and the power to stand in society. If we pick up the most influence personalities of the time we find “self-reliance” was a common habit adopted by all. Among these, the pious personality of our Holy Prophet(PBUH) is first on the list. Who not taught us about this topic but also practically performed his tasks by his holy hands. This Self-sufficient habit has many advantages in both personal and professional life by enhancing your capabilities. At first you might not perform a task very well by yourself, but with the passage of time, you would able to learn how to cop those problems. In the contrast to Self-reliance man, a dependent man will never think out of box. He would be just like a puppet, never doing anything of his own but doing what he has been told to do. You can also think of such man as “A bird in a cage” watching the whole free world around but could not do anything. Hence, this property of being independent, self –reliance, self-sufficient opens a new chapter once life where he can write his own destiny. And indeed it is well quoted “The best helping hand you can find is the hand of your arm” |

Quote:
i think it is a well written expansion except for some grammatical errors. Self done is well done Self reliance is the greatest virtue. A man who is self reliant wins a kind of a glorius independence. For he is not to wait to be helped by others. He is full of adventure, interest and excitement. He is never dull and dispirited as Cicero rightly said,” most happy is he, who is entirely self reliant, who centres all his requirements in himself”. Thrown to his own resources, he develops many virtues. All his latent qualities flourish and thrive. He is ever ready to take intiative, always confident and finding a way out of difficuilties.Great heroes, great scientists and great business men were all self made. Thomas Edison started off as a book binder to become the greatest scientist of all times. Vidyasagar, was a poor brahmin’s son, but he made himself one of the most honored man of his age by dint of his own efforts. From the shackles of slavery to pinnacle of success requires monumental hardwork, tenacity and passion, and Fredrick douglas had these qualities in spades. He knew nothing in life would ever be handed to him. He learned to read by interacting with white children or through any written material he could find. He took the greatest risk of his life by escaping from slavery to massachusettes. Soon he rose to prominence to become a great abolitionist leader, spectacular orator and a successful newspaper publisher. In post civil war era, he served as the president of a savings bank. He rose to become one of the greatest black men of his time by trusting no one but himself. Even emerson, the great American essayist wrote in his essay self reliance, that “whosoever be a man, be a nonconformist” and again, ”the best lighting rod for your protection be your own spine”.The society views one self as one sees himself. if he portrays himself weak and relies on others, they too show no respect. Therefore, the best course is to start working in our own capacity. kindly check my expansion as well and suggest any improvements |
