"Rome was not built in a day"

The city of Rome which ultimately became the wonder of civilized world must have been consist of huts and hovels in its primitive stage.
She has not achieved that eminence over night, but it was the struggle of thousands of the years that brought glory to her. Therefore every achievement in order to be lasting requires gradual and cumulative efforts.
We are apt to be impatient to see the fruits of our labor. We forget that there is any royal road to anything, and true success is achieved by the hard work and we therefore act like the farmer who sowed the seed and went next morning to see the crop.
we should not yield to discouragement because our efforts are not crowned with success but toil on with patience and perseverance which over come mountains. Every success is consist of parts and each part is to be completed one after another.
A youth can not become an athlete nor a student a scholar, if the former does not gain pains and undergo hard training, and latter does not devote himself in earnest to his studies.
If we look around the world we will find myriad of examples. Taj Mahal, the sign of love and beauty was not build in a day but it was the result of untiring efforts and hard labor of thousands of people.
Similarly, the Pyramids of Egypt which have seen rough centuries and still excite the admiration of people took many years to build.
Therefore we should not be disheartened if there is no progress in our work. We should not be discouraged, relax or abandon our work as hopeless but we should remember that years of hard toil are necessary to achieve any thing great or everlasting.

"must have been consist of "
should be "must have been consisted of"

"We forget that there is any royal road to anything"
we forget that there is no royal road to anything"

"patience and perseverance which over come mountains"
which can over come mountains

"Every success is consist of parts and each part is to be completed one after another"
every success consists of

"A youth can not become an athlete nor a student a scholar"
A youngster

The topic shouldn't be taken into literal meaning, therefore the examples of pyramid , taj mahal, doesn't fit,
they take the meaning of literal building up.

Good effort.
