Ok ,and try to emphasize on your own way means copy examples and argument of the topic from internet but avoid to copy their way or lines. As your most lines are from a paragraph on internet which i also read today. Well good try i think now you have fully understood the concept of the topic.

Default Young Habits Die Hard

YOUNG HABITS DIE HARD “We become what we do repeatedly” (Sean Covey)
Habit is an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary:
Or we can also say that it is a dominant or regular disposition or tendency; prevailing character or quality: In the American Journal of Psychology (1903) it is defined in this way: "A habit, from the standpoint of psychology, is a more or less fixed way of thinking, willing, or feeling acquired through previous repetition of a mental experience.
Habit formation is a process in which activity become permanent after regular repetition. Young age is a period of learning in other words we can say that this period is personality formation period of an individual. And habits which are formed at this period have everlasting print on some personality or even on career and whole life. Habits are like of seeds. Good habit is fruit’s seed on the other hand bad habits are like seed of bushes or cactus plants.
What is bad habit and how it formed
Your net worth to the world is usually determined by what remains after your bad habits are subtracted from your good ones.
Benjamin Franklin A bad habit is a negative behavior pattern.
Bad habits have its own charm but these are always destructive and ruin the personality of a person
As like bushes which grow rapidly but at last it become very difficult to remove them in same way bad habits grow rapidly and become permanent and nature of the child and it become difficult sometime impossible to remove them and put bad impact on future or whole life of child.
Bad habits like nail biting and knuckle cracking are hard to break. Childhood generally is a transitional period for man.
Young acquired bad habit in fun but . Later on, these habits become part of their life and are difficult to correct.
The chains of habit are too light to be felt
until they are too heavy to be broken. - W. Buffet
Common bad habits in young These bad habits are found in young
 Lie
 Steeling
 Smoking
 Drinking
 Stubborn
 Cruelty
 Carelessness etc,
Influential Elements in the Formation of bad Habits
There many factors which play vital role in habits formation
• parents
• domestic environment
• peer group
• school and teacher

good habits
Which are acceptable for the society, culture, religion and country law
Developing good habits is pretty difficult in the beginning. But with the passage of time, the work which seems to us difficult becomes easy. When a child is sent to school; he weeps and cries. But when he daily goes to school it becomes his routine work this example reveal that when we practice things with full devotion and good intentions, this is perfectly injected into our personality.
Types of good habits
 Punctuality
 Honesty
 Truthfulness
 Cooperation
 Sympathy
 respecting elders
 Love
 Hardworking
 Book reading
Habit nature and character
Habit can also called nature of a person.
Character of a person is product of nature. Good nature or habit always play vital role in good character formation. Samuel Smiles has said:
Sow a thought,and you reap an act;
Sow an act,and you reap a habit;
Sow a habit, and you reap a character;
Sow a character, and you reap a destiny.”
He means to say that our habits are our character and our character leads us towards destination.
It is correct young habits die hard but being human one cane overcome on this by strong will power.

Topic was long and i have missed many aspects in my expansion like putting moral or social examples and views etc.

Young habits die hard.

It is easy to bend, move or cut a plant than a tree. Same one's habits have been very hard to get them out after when they have grown old. That's why it is merely believed and said that Young or Old habits die hard. Young habits, means actions, intentional or physical which are done very often. Die hard, can't be given up easily. Psychologically it is defined as, that when one does something physically or mentally, its mind tend to go through a pathway and when same thing is done repeatedly, those paths become like deep ruts or a habit in common and it becomes almost hard to get derailed from those paths or remove them. Behaviour and habits when considered collectively can be said one's character. this fact beautifully defined by Samuel smiles in his words that, sow a thought & you reap a habit, sow a habit & you reap a character and sow a character & you reap a destination.
Habits are something harder than ideas and thoughts, that can be changed are forgotten easily. When we want to forget any thought, we tend to keep from reminiscent actions and things and so is for getting the habits out but it becomes more complicated for the habits, having long attainment with or in common, young habits. Old Habits become as old companions the more we do, the closer we get them. And it becomes hard to leave them, same as old companions are not left easily. We use a particular route to somewhere and when we have to change our way for any reason then more often, unwillingly we follow the same old route because that has been long followed by us. Young habits are also like that old route we often go through. Factually there is said that 'we are what we do repeatedly'.
