Walaikum'AsSalam...

English Vocabulary is just like an Ocean which is increases day by day
I will suggest you few things which I'm following currently

# Do Read daily English newspapers and magazines Etc

# Install Wordweb Dictionary Into your computer after that whenever you see any difficult/new word anywhere in the web pages or in the Documents I mean anywhere
Just holt the "Ctrl" in the keyboard and Press the Right click in the Mouse
That Dictionary will popup and give you the word meaning in the seconds

# Go to the Firefox Add-ons and Search "English to Urdu Meaning"
after installing that restart ur Firefox now Double-click any word to view its Urdu meaning, further clicking the Urdu word opens complete definition of the word. This addon will help you find Urdu meanings of English words on any web page. To find Urdu meanings double-click any word to view its Urdu meaning, further clicking the Urdu word opens complete definition of the word.

# In twitter follow all English news channels

You will see the change in a month or so Just follow these few steps )))

Get into reading habit and read as much as you can on a daily basis.

I can assure you that in 3 months time(and I say this from personal experience), you will have a feel for the language and not only your vocabulary would have improved but your general sense of grammatically correct sentences will also have significantly improved.

It also wont hurt if you start memorizing some words that frequently appear in GRE or GMAT.
