The panacea for all of these is hidden in reading. Language is not learnt, but acquired. Read better English and read good quantity of it. Not only you will get your language improved by imitating the language you read but this reading would also help you develop analytical skills and creativity. See creativity doesn't fall from sky. Nor it is imitation or copy. But a well read person has treasure of knowledge to ponder over and come up with his own ideas. In the same way analytical ability gets developed and polished when one has read sufficient to compare and contrast the things which he is given to analyse.
I am not quoting some person or bookish idea devoid of reality , rather this is the method which has worked for me. And I am keeping on following and propagating it.
