@Lord AvaLon: Your logic seems fit but I think it is two sided sword.

Ok now solve following question:

He said, "Get your coat, Aslam" (Change the narration)

I think the correct is:
He forbade to open the door.
@ Chauhdary: Your objection is not baseless but what we have learned in our academic studies: There are some assumed words like "me" and "you". For the standard sentence structure me is used.

Brother Raz, always use " (inverted comma) at the end of a direct sentence after the full stop, not before it.

I think these should be as:

b) He said, "Bring me some tea."
c) He greeted thank you.
e) He said to Aslam, "Get your coat."
f) I told that I would wait if I had been you.
g) He said to the peon, "Lock the door."
h) He said to me, "Do not leave his car unlocked as there were lot of stealing from cars."

Raz is right in his use of inverted commas.

See the examples.

He said, "Don't leave your car unlocked as there have been lot of stealing from cars".

"Bring me some tea."

When there is a full quote, the stop goes before the inverted commas, but when only parts of a sentence are in quotes full stop is placed after the inverted comma.

On which point did you agree Lord AvaLon?

Please solve this sentence:
He said, "Get your coat, Aslam."

This one!
If "me" is used then it will be ordering rather than offering.
