Which preposition is used with 'except'?
let me know which preposition is used vth 'Except'.As per my thinking nothing as preposition is used vth tis word but some of my friends have told me that Of n For are used with 'Except'

your friends are right. "for" is mostly used.

Please note these prepositions: 1: I had nothing on except for my socks. 2: Children under five are excepted from the survey. @Raz is right, "Of" is never used with "Except". @salman is right too, "for" is mostly used.
