yahoo means bestial person . normally native speakers seldom use the word yahoo to show their feelings. you would rather use hurrah or bravo to show the expression of joy.

All are correct except for the last sentence. It should be 'manage' instead of 'managed'.

My 8th sentence might be wrong. Your's and Afshan's look more plausible. But for the teacher wala sentence and many others, I have a TIP- Avoid adding any words by yourself in the original sentence. Secondly 'told' will be converted to 'had told'.

There are some mistakes in them as well. I will correct them in the evening if you can wait :blink:

Aur wo teacher waley sentence mein yes you can write 'and that' instead of 'and said that'. It would be right Inshallah :)
