Bilal said, "she has performed well in exam".
She said, "we are trying to solve this computer problem".

answers....
1..ali informed that he was planning to leave this place
2..humaira declared that she had decided to marry bilal
3..ahmed said that he liked to play cricket
4...bilal said that she had performed well in exam
5..she said that they had been trying to solve this computer problem
6..akram said that they won the match

1..humaira disclosed that she had been loving bilal since she saw her first
2..bilal said that he had accepted her proposal at her request
3..i said that she had been after him since 1st semester
4..bilal said that he already knew that

1..ali informed that he was planning to leave this (we replace This with that in reporting) place
2..humaira declared that she had decided to marry bilal.
3..ahmed said that he liked to play cricket
4...bilal said that she had performed well in exam
5..she said that they had been (they were.....as per rule, present continuous is changed in past continuous) trying to solve this computer problem
6..akram said that they won the match

2..bilal said that he had accepted her proposal at her request

4..bilal said that he already knew that (he had already known that.....as per rule we change simple past in past perfect)

Default Rule No 4 (Tense changes) cont.....
1: Direct speech in simple Future is reported in conditional/would.

Humaira said, "I will marry Bilal". Direct speech
Humaira said that she would marry Bilal. Indirect speech

2:Direct speech in Future continuous is reported in Conditional continuous/would be+ing

Umer said, "I will be flying kites on 25th February". Direct Speech
Umer said that he would be flying kites on 25th February. Indirect speech

3: Conditional/would in reported speech remains unchanged.

He said, "I would go to Karachi this year". Direct speech
He said that he would go to Karachi that year. Indirect speech
