My friend we use one word for the coming day and the last day in Urdu that is "Kal", but in English we have two words for each so your sentence cannot be translated in its true sense.....

"Kal" is of two types: following/upcoming and the preceding/previous.
"Kal" is of two types: One which has to come and the other which has passed.

I think we can water the plants but can't water the horse because horse can move and drink water by itself. So the translation might be " Let the horse to drink water " OR " Let the horse to quench his/its thirst "

What about "Water me"?

I can also move and drink water myself. Mobility has nothing to do with this sentence. "Action by whom” and "for whom" play the major role here. Ghora khud nhi pani pee raha yahan, na he ghory ko permission chahee peeny ki. Ghory ko pani pilana hy.

"Water the horse" has no defect in it.

Sir technically there is no defect in your answer as if we forget the difference of living or non living things, Water the Horse and Water the plants are both true in this sense but we obviously have to differentiate between these two.....

SO the correct answer is "Make the Horse drink water".
