The flap of a book is the part of the cover folded to appear on the inside front and back of a book. Book flaps contain information designed to help sell the book, as well as information about the book's author. A book flap also typically includes a photograph of the author, are either written in house by staff writers or by the author himself so i suggest you to write by your self if you own that what you're writing flap for and erite about yourself or what inspired you to write this.
Best of luck:thumbup:

Flap means to move up and down some thing
She is flapping his hand to keep warm.
There is also a term birds flap means flying of a bird up and down quickly.
The bird flapped its wing and flew away.

But it can also be used as a verb, as well as, as a noun. The example of flap as verb is given in previous comment.
