Default Respected Seniors plz evaluate the precis.
The railway system in Europe faces many problems. The difficulties throughout the entire network, makes the journey painful for the passengers.Great discrepancies, effects the whole travelling process. Although, the authorities concerned tend to facilitate public and to sort out the menace through proper planning. But the biggest hurdle is this way is the rising nationalism in the region.

If you count the words, your precis is too long as compared to the original passage.
This sentence(The railway system in Europe faces many problems. The difficulties throughout the entire network, makes the journey painful for the passengers.Great discrepancies, effects the whole travelling process) can be shortened as "There are physical hurdles as well as nationalistic barriers to the expansion of railway network in Europe" and then your sentence "Although, the authorities concerned tend to mitigate the physical hurdles through proper planning,But the biggest hurdle is this way is the rising nationalism in the region."
I would suggest the title: Challenges to the unification of Europe through Railway Network
