We are , of course, most concerned with with our own country, India, Unfortunately, it is in bad way today. Many of our people are poor and unhappy. They have no joy in their lives. We have to find out how we can make them happier. We have to see what is good in our ways and customs and try to keep it, and whatever is bad we have to throw away. If we find anything good in other countries, we should certainly take it.

SOLUTION BY ME:

Like, Englishman, Frenchman, Germans and Italians a country's inhabitants consider themselves and their country superior, so, are the Indians, which is amiss. Every Country has positives and negatives. We must adapt positives find anywhere. Worrily, our country India, and its people are destitute and distress without delight. Considering their uplifment, we must be adaptable to positive change coming from elsewhere while retaininig our marvellous values and shunning evils within us.

Title : Positive Adaptability
People in every country think that they are better than people in other countries. There is no myth about good or bad, about country or people. There are some irritants reside in the society if these are eliminated than people can live a happy life. Developed countries have many good factors which make them superior. If these ingredients are adopted by developing countries, these will be among better countries in the world.

PARAGRAPH NO 5

We must insist that free oratory is only the beginning of free speech; it is not the end, but a means to an end. The end is to find truth. The practical justification of civil liberty is not that the examination of opinion is one of the necessities of man. For experience tells us that it is only when freedom of opinion becomes compulsion to debate that the seed which our forefathers planted has produced its fruit. When that is understood, freedom will be cherished not because it is a vent for our opinions but because it is the surest method of correcting them.
"The unexamined life" , said Socrates, 'is unfit to be lived by man'. This is the virtue of liberty, and the ground on which we may best justify our belief in it, that it tolerates error in order to serve the truth. When more men are brought face to face with their opponenets, forced to listen and learn and mend their ideas, they cease to be children and savages and begin to live like civilized men. Then only is freedom a reality, when men may voice their opinions because they must examine their opinions.
The only reason for dwelling on all this is that if we are to preserve democracy we must understand its principles. And the principles which distinguishes it from all other form of government is that in a democracy the opposition not only is tolerated as constitutional but must be maintained because it is in fact indispensable.
The democratic system cannot be operated without effective opposition. For, in making the great experiment of governing people by consent rather than by coercion, it is not sufficient that the party in power should have a majority. It is just as necessary that the party in power should never outrage the minority. That means that it must listen to the minority and be moved by the criticisms of the minority.

SOLUTION BY ME NO 05

Declamation must not be insisted as freedom of expression it is just beginning to discover veracity.True civil liberty be attained when thoughts are criticized, only then our forefather's dream be realized.
Socrates said Living unaccountable life is inapt for human. The basis of advocating ideology and exchanging thoughts by convenning both sides of aisle creates mature and civilized society where views are vetted to attain true freedom.
The prescence of opposition is distinctive feature of democracy which make it prominent from other govermental forms.
Efficient opposition is indispensable for Democracy to denounce government's excesses and keep latter abreast of Peoples concerns while pushing them in right trajectory through denunciation.

PARAGRAPH-01

There are hundred of supersititions which survive in various parts of the country, and the stury of them is rather amusing. We are told, for example, that it is unlucky to point to the new moon or to look at it through glass, but if we bow nine times to it we shall have a lucky month.
Now suppose you tell a scientist that you tell a scientist that you believe a certain supersitition --- let us say, that the howling of dog is a sign of death. The scientist will immediately require evidence before he can accept your belief. He will want figures to prove it. It will be useless to quote two or three cases; he will want hundreds. He will want also to know (a) if it ever happens that the howling of dogs is not followeds by a death (b) if ever person's death is predicted by howling of dogs. The answer to the former question is in affirmative, and to the latter in the negative. Your supersitition will not bear investigation. It may impress an ignorant person ;but it cant face the light of facts.Your case would not carry conviction in court of Law.
Apart from this process of testing by results, any intelligent man will want to know the "reason why". What connection can be between a howling dog and an approaching death? Can it be cause and effect? Can it be that the dogs has a gift of forseeing such events? Or is the dog the instrument employed by some uncanny power that moves invisibly in our midst?

"Intelligence requires pieces of evidence"

There are uncountable myths looms in the country. Ignorants undeniably believe in them but if such myths are being told to a well-educated person, that person will ask for the facts, figures, pieces of evidence and research about the myth. It is the intelligence that makes a difference in the people. The scientific logic must be mentioned along with such myths otherwise they have no weight.
