Suggested Title: War and Human Conscience
War is the immediate cause of the breakdown of a civilization. The analysis of the nature of breakdowns and their occurrence ha shown this. War appears gradually and falls destructively upon its proponents before they manage to evade it. During the initial growth of civilization, the cost of waging a war seems less than the benefits it yields. Consequently, states indulge into it conveniently. War unveils its malice once the states accentuate their economic and human power. It begins to gulp the large shares of the states' tangible and intangible resources. It becomes cancerous when the states develop themselves and utilize their capabilities for military use. To save the society, sometimes serious measures had been taken previously when such flash-point was identified. It has always been possible everywhere through active conscience of human beings. An individual's refusal to wage a war for his state is certainly a blow to the institution of war. However, the most promising act is to persuade and accustom the governments to take measures jointly against aggression and to eliminate its stimuli on time.
