Question Imaginary Tale/Précis/Answer.
Write a Précis on the following Paragraph/Imaginary tale. Also give the meanings of words underline/highlighted and also choose a Suitable “Title”

The last weekend the essences of Plato and Socrates meet up close to the Red Indian Sea. The Chit Chat happens thereat is confined and socialized for rapid reflection by the owners of Global Village:-

“Socrates says in perplexed sense that Sir I had a moment ago an Arial view of the planet, where we left our gadgets and reminiscences, the arena we warded off is in grand and speedy evolution?

“Plato residues stilled for few seconds and fixes eyes at Socrates with a charmful smirk and replies. Even if your observation is reliable but whether you think or compare innovations made out by us with these. Do you count up the invention of atomic theory of John Dalton? The design of Machine Gun by Richard Gatling? The invention of strategic Tank by Sir, Swinton Ernest? Don’t you amount the Important hostilities from Hundred Years War (1331-1453) to World War II (1939-1945) yet I do own up the series of valid discoveries are more in number as of above, but progressive inventions can easily be rubbed out even by one of pessimistic discoveries as cited above. So dear what the visions we left still amounts great credit as of you that made you seem perplexed.

Precis is a shortened version of a speech or written text, containing the main points and omitting minor details.

We are supposed to write down precis of a paragraph or two provided in the compulsory paper-II (English). So it is important to practice it as much as u can. This is very relevant and u should practice it and other paragraphs like this one to make very much accurate precis.

Global Village-developing or deploying the world


Plato and Socrates hold talk on the proprietors of Global Village. Socrates was confused after considering the vivid side of the picture of the urbanized world. He was of the view that world has been developed at a fast pace. But Plato settled down him by elucidating that he should also ponder the aggression created by this development. He concluded by saying that pessimism is enough to halt the progression of discoveries. Saying this, both went back to their epoch.

I am not that adept in developing precis. May be this is my 1st try. I forgot when last time i tried to make a precis. Please comment on it so i could improve my precis.
