At least, I am in the favor of two essays.
I have noticed you are smart.
What did you write about?
With time you will learn to write longer essays.Or at least that's the advice I got from a csp. She said write 300 and then move on to longer essays.
Unfortunately I can't find a good professor till September. What. What other tips you got?

Well , i take it as positive because writing 3000 words on a single topic bothers me. If there will be two essays of (1000-1500) words, one can get it and writing two essays of (3000words) is disgusting. We are humans, rather competitives but not robots.

I bet robots suck at writing essays.
But I get your gist. I might feel the same way

Yes, you are right. Previous syllabus has exactly the same words. I know, but it is uncertain for this year, atleast. Same thing is written in JWT of May. You can refer it. I do not say, there will be more than one essay anyhow, the thread is all about, get yourself well prepared for both options.

It is a good way of preaching; I like it. There are dozens of men, who have forgotten God, but they never get scared of any apparitions.

Why are you talking through hat? I didn't complain (bitch ot moan )about anything nor did she, who are you narrating to?

1. Expect more than one Essay.
2. Anticipation is better than realization
3. Get yourself well prepared.
4. Good essay writer'll be awarded.
5. Two essays can be checked well.

This is all, I talked precisely, where did I show my displeasure?

Dear, hawx. It is indeed good thing to use the newly remembered words, but use them at accurate place, atleast.

Thanks

@Akzafatima,
If two essays appear, there can be 1500-2000 words for each essay. Collectively, around 3500.
Reason behind the thread is: learn the art of essay writing, leave the rest
.

Brainstorming and sketching an outline are crucial while writing an essay, and these two consume significant time. Once one has brainstormed and made an outline, the rest of the writing process is relatively easier. If we are made to write two essays, we will have to brainstorm and make outline for two different topics. This will take a lot of time. Also, in the second essay we may get off the track due to paucity of time. I would prefer one essay over two. Another important dimension of two essays is that we may not get two topics in our hitting zone - one may be interesting to write the other may be just ok or even nauseating. It's natural we go for good first then for bad, due to lack of time and interest we may spoil the second essay. This is what I think, others may disagree.

Well apart from having excellent writing skills, candidates would need to know about a lot of things in depth. Since each essay question will be about a different topic altogether.

Guys I've been on this forum since 2007 when I was just 15 - though all the time I've been a silent spectator. Finally my turn - CSS 2016 - has come. Over the years I have seen many junior member join the forum and go out as CSPs. At the same time, each year a few members try to appear over smart and sometimes they cross the limits of decency. The language of the above post is a best example. The best way I have observed so far to neutralize such people is to ignore them completely. No reply, no arguments, no matter how many ids they change. My post is general, in no way specific.
