BOOKS

In the ancient time people had just one source of knowledge, books. They were used to read books for enhancing their knowledge: for learning their concern books; schools, colleges, and universities. Besides this many other books, stories, general knowledge, poetry, etc, were also used to read by them. It was consider a good friend to human and if a man were not able to a purchase book or he wanted to read different writers different books then he used to go library. This was a place of knowledge with quit calmness and complete study environment. But now people have forgotten this trend and they are going away from books. They just read their academic books and don’t take interest in other knowledge exploring books, which were written by prominent writers. Our libraries are also showing the scene of horror house, hardly a person or two shows to us there.

Introduction

There was neither electronic media nor any other source of information in the old ages. People had only one source of information and that was book. They were used to read their academic as well as other informational books. In that era there was no other source of information for them. So people were dependent on books. As now we have different source of information like books, television, social media, newspaper and many others. So books are ignorant to us. We often use internet for getting information and it’s informative also but we should not just depend on internet because every things have pros and cons so there are many stuff on internet but it jumble the students. Besides this a lot of mistakes are scene to us during search and even we don’t know whether the written materials are authentic or not.
Books were and are still very expensive, people were unable to purchase books and they were used to go to the libraries. Now they just purchase academic books, neither they purchase other books nor do they go to the libraries, its wastage of money as well as time in their thoughts. But they are unaware of the stuffs of books which have been written by a great scholar, after great hectic researches on topics, with concrete and authentic materials, and they just depend on other cheap sources, unauthentic materials with a number of mistakes and blunders. So books are expensive but it’s desirable and perfects source of knowledge with concrete materials. If students are unable to purchase these books then they can go to the libraries which are built for them.
Each and every type of book is now easily available in the market, even at our door step. We can buy it easily at any time but it wasn’t possible before this, books were just available in the cities big shops and books don’t have easily access to these books and that’s why they preferred libraries but now there is no hurdle to us in purchasing any book.
Great thinkers of the world had and have used to read books, they have their own world of books and they treat books like a friend and their hobby is just reading books. Reading books is always suggested by them. They always read books and spend most of their time into the libraries. They have in many books suggested to read books and make it your habit. But now a day most of the students are not habitual to reading, they think it’s boring habit.
Books gives us different type of knowledge , there are a lot of books available to in the markets, general knowledge, dictionaries, world affairs, current affairs, competitive exams books, science books, poetry books, sports books, Islamic books, stories books, and children’s books are easily available anywhere at any time. It’s up to the aptitude and taste of the student.
One of the advantages of book is that it is easily moveable to anywhere. So if student want to study into the park than he can easily bring book with him. Beside this student can also bring it with himself to his village or any other part or on any occasion. So it’s a good friend of man in travelling also, he can read it with pleasure during his travel.
Books have a long life and it is also durable as not easily perishing because of its heard material. Student often share the books after reading it or accomplishing their purpose from it. So it has a long life as it is transferable from one student or person to another. Often students give their useless books to their friends, relatives or sale it to the old book shops, these books are again purchase by someone. So one book can flourishes the mind of many students by spreading its illuminating knowledge.
Books are completely secure for the generations as they have moral data and don’t have any picture or such things on it. If we compare it with internet books or any other source of information, it’s the safest source of all. Today’s internet is full of vulgar material and is becoming the cause of the spoilage generation. It’s such a vulgar if we want to browse on an Islamic page for books; we have a lot of obscene pictures on those sites. So books are the safest source of information.

Everything has advantages and disadvantages, but many thinkers agreed that books are most beneficent. So let us have a look over disadvantages of books in our daily life.
Books are good, having beneficial and concrete material, I agree, but it occupies a broad space in our houses and don’t left space for any other things in our shelf. Students often Willy nilly give their books to their friends because of not having space into their houses. So that’s one of the disadvantages.
Time consuming is one of the weak points of books. It takes too much time too search a topic as compared to internet or mobile apps. For example if you want to search a word in a dictionary it will take more time as compare to mobile dictionary. Beside this it takes more time to search a topic into book as compared to internet. So it’s time eating too.
Some students or readers think that it’s boring too. Whenever students start reading they get bore and lacking interest, even though it’s saying if you don’t have a sleep then start reading books, well very soon feel sleepy. So it’s boring and that’s one of the reason that student often refer other things.
Now day’s students every day want to search something new, and if they want to learn a single topic for it they have to purchase a whole book. That’s why people don’t buy a whole book for a single topic and they search it through internet within minutes.

Select a healthy topic first then go for it with a proper intro then paragraphs having point, evidence and explanation and having concluding remarks at the end.

Role of Education in the Development of a Nation
Today, a nation with stable economy, strong military, developed in science and technology, in a state of perfect democracy is considered a developed one. While underdeveloped is contrast to it. The former is at summit/apex and the latter one is at nadir. We couldn’t compare them as they are at extreme positions. So if we find a cause which makes them different we come to know that the developed one is flourished with the light of education and the underdeveloped is away from education or have a poor structure of education.
Education
• Types
• Why education?
• Islam and education
Impact of education
• A) individual life
• B) on society
• C) On Economy
• D) On Politics
• 1)Democracy
• E) In religion understanding
Lack of Education
• Extremism
• Terrorism
• No tolerance
• Misinterpretation of Religion
Education is the key factor
• In development of EU
• In development of U.S
• In development of Japan
Education brings:
• Tolerance
• Unity
• Nationalism

In the days of yore a nation was considered strong and developed if they had a strong military force but now the world is completely changed it is equipped with science and technology. Now the world is of science and technology. Those nations are considered strong and developed who are self-sufficient in their economy, technology, industries, military, nuclear technology, a stable democratic system; these are gifted by Education, which is bowed in their culture, people and in their hearts and which is perfectly rooted. So education makes them strong enough and now there is prosperity for them.

If we talk about education, it is broad term. Actually education has swallowed many fields, all of vital importance for the development of nation. So this term is not confined to the scientific education, religious education also comes in its domain. All these collectively called “Education” and this contributes mainly to the development of a nation.

Our religion “Islam” has also given us precise instructions about the education. Islam is a complete code conduct so it realizes the significance of education and it tells how important education is, for the development and sovereignty of Muslims Uma. Once our HPBUH imposed a penalty on prisoners of battle, to teach some students, so we can get idea from this that education is how much important for this world. That’s why Islam ask its followers to be educated either man or woman. Now it’s duty of Muslims to get both religious as well as modern education. Many Muslim scientists pave the way of many fields in science and technology and now remembered as fathers of sciences.

As education makes nations strong so let me take a start from an individual of a society, who is well educated and following domestic law, therefore he contributes to the nation’s development rather making hurdles in it. On the other hand if an individual is not educated, he would not be able to have a good opportunity of having a job, he would be indulge in society’s different crimes. Instead of taking part in nation development, he would take it four steps down. So he would be burden on a nation.

If we see developed countries societies, education is rooted there. They are showing a complete harmony, their lives is followed by a law and every individual of their societies contribute to the nation’s development by doing jobs , running business, their women are also doing jobs. So you wouldn’t see any person free there.

One of the most important factors, which are considered as brain of nation and this brain, is nothing without education. So it plays a role as brain as in human body. So if nation is naught without education. If a nation is well education, know the market, business and other economic terms, and will contribute to the nation’s economy. Today, if we see economies of U.S, EU, India and China (Our neighbor), they have strong economies and the cause is just Education. They have maintained a high literacy rate; it would be a very difficult task to find any illiterate there. Our Asian country, one fourth of Karachi’s population has a strong economy than we have.

A good democracy is directly proportional to the literacy rate, if a nation is well educated, her democracy or political structure will be great and well administered. Many developed countries have strong political system as they have highly qualified politicians. They allocate ministries to the members of their parliament, according to their education background. For example a ministry of foreign affairs is allocated to the member who has deeply studied political science and knows the international relations and laws rather to the graduate as in developing countries, who even don’t know A, B, C of their ministries. Besides these well-educated politicians lead the country to the prosperity, make it strong and clean from corruption and nepotism and other political diseases. An educated voter plays a very important role in the elections and choses the wright person to rule over their land. so education plays very significant role in the political structure, because if a voters choses a right person he would country in the right way, makes their future as bright as sky, and if they if their voter is illiterate then definitely they chose the wrong one and the result is that they ruined the nation structure and just fulfill their needs, and lead them into as dark as night.

Without education man is like an animal, which eat, drink everything given by us. So many terrorism or extremist are making illiterate people on the name of Islam in the wrong activities. They are making them alien and forcing them against their own nation on the name of Allah and Muhammad. So if they were educated, the terrorist weren’t able to involve them in such activity. That's just education, which make us to differentiate, right and wrong for us.

If I were you I would start like this

Electronic media and other sources of information in today’s era remained unavailable in the past. Book was considered to be the main source as available at the threshold. Primarily used for academics and for seeking knowledge in other disciplines. Access to information in its modern trend is not merely restrained to books; it has gone out to reach readers in other forms i,e audio media, visual media, social media and newspaper. Traditional way of seeking knowledge is becoming cloudy.

Hope to have provided you help

Dua, I won't comment on your first essay shared by the title of 'Books', because of the reason that it's been a 'copy and paste' work.

However, I would like to commit a few of my thoughts here on this page about 'Role of Education' to let you know about your writing.

Dua you just have good knowledge; posses will to write good in a way as good an essay can be; and more importantly, you have substantial understanding of meanings of the words at 'intuitive level'. But here lies the problem too; you are just messing up with the words showing as if you have been possessed by them.

The briefest but resonating solution, I will propose to you, is that, 'Try to write short, simple and compact sentences.'

If it's possible for you, then try to consult a teacher as you need counselling to improve your expression.
