i am an employee in punjab govt. i cant leave my job but also want to attempt css. i had attempted ce 2015, what i felt was my wea english expression. i dont know how to fix it..as i have to consult an competent english teacher. and i cant afford that due to my job and distance from lahore 250, and multan 150, faisalabad 120.
is not there any solution? like online checking or some sort of skype tution etc
respected members are requested to help me in this case.

Brother, this might not be the best of opinions, but please HELP YOURSELF!

Get yourself reading material; start from short stories, magazines onto newspaper columns.
Read three four paragraphs of any of the above material and try to reproduce as much as possible of it on a register(not in your own words rather the words and expressions used in the material).
I hope this will help you in expression, vocabulary, sentence structure and thought framing.

thanks for your valuable input. but can i get checked my work on weekly basis from a reputed teacher? so that he can point out my mistakes. because i can afford teacher once in a week.

Well, first of all you said that you cannot afford a teacher due to your distance issues. Hence my opinion.
Secondly, in my opinion, you should first get your homework done and get to a level that you can actually articulate a good English essay because no matter how great a teacher of English is, a class once in a week will yield no miracle ie; the teacher will not be the one to build your base, rather the teacher will only help in furnishing the building, once the base is built and that my friend will have to be built by you at this stage in life.

So, try to memorize and then rewrite those short stories(they help a lot, in the initial stages), argumentative opinions and articles from newspapers, short descriptive paragraphs from novels(advanced level) and then check them for yourself by inspecting how much you were able to reproduce.

Advantage: Next time you start writing your own composition, the sentence structures, vocabulary and expression styles learnt in the above manner will hopefully flow through your hand. When you reach this level, THEN comes the work of a teacher since certain words in your vocabulary will be inappropriately used, certain sentence structures may need further refining and as I said 'help in furnishing the building'.
