drinkable water is not only demand of human being ,it is tremendous need of all livings things as well as agriculture of the globe .
at present most of countries of the world facing the worst and acute water shortage and conditions of the third world countries are very worst . unfortunately Pakistan also facing the monster of water crisis .
this water shortage in Pakistan is due to many reason one is lack of storage capacity and second is also due to her materialistic leaders and government . unfortunately Pakistani government blatantly neglected its water requirement in past , also neglecting in present and it is more irony of faith that no adequate planning or steps are taking for the requirement of water short in future. on the other hand India indulge in dispute with Pakistan over Wullar barrage and many other dams . due to this analyzer of the world say that,, next world war will be on water instead of oil.,,

if we exercise the rational faculty we perceive that in Pakistan huge amount of water is wasting and cause the water short . we see that use of pipe lines for the transport of water causing two type of problem in which one is blocked water in the pipes and second is leakage , this leakage is very dangerous for the fertility of the soil. third cause is that unfortunately after the passing of sixty year of independence we have not any dam to store the flood water in days of the flood and we can use these water again in the days of the drought. Pakistani agriculture directly and industry indirectly effected by water , volume of rainfall in Pakistan cant not full the requirement of agriculture or cultivation of crops. Pakistan fully depend on the water of the rivers for cultivation and for the production of hydral power but unfortunately geographical origin of all Pakistan,s rivers from Kashmir and India. India have planning strategy to damage or destroy Pakistan entirely . he draw two twin menace ,,drought and flood,, by making large amount of small and big dames on the other hand it is international law that ,, it is right of any country to use the water of that river which pass through their country and no other country have right to stop this,, but India always disobey tall those laws which give benefits to Pakistan. it is faith of irony that Pakistan,s materialistic government providing full support to India.
Pakistan and India have done one war on water that's why Former United Nations Secretary General Boutros Boutros Ghali say this
,,The next war in the Middle East will be fought over water, not politics or not on oil "Water will be more important than oil this century,,

I am advising you some tips that i earned during my CSS campaign. Before advancing further kindly give them due consideration.

1. First of all examiner goes through synopsis/outline of your essay to ascertain the direction of your writing. This act of yours will determine the fate of your essay, so be extremely cautious in making one.

2. The statements ending with "?" are most dangerous one, cause you are supposed to take either side. Beware… you have to support your arguments with facts.

3. It is better to not take stand against sitting government and never against the Army. No matter how much you are against the installed government but you are not against the state. So defend your state, however, you can criticize in a balanced manner by stating “according to some critics.”

4. Never use the word “I”… if the use of such is inevitable then “we” is preferable.

5. Always write an essay being neutral observer.

6. Indicate positivity in your piece of writing.

P.S: You can definitely acquire some more precious tips from the respected members of the forum. I just conveyed… what I procured through my experience and that never let me down in English essay.
