The world developed states incorporated this right in their constitutions; the USA, Japan and China are few to mention. Despite the constitutional safeguards, this right is still unprotected. The ideas disagreeing with the majority’s ideas are considered immoral and subject to penalty. Only those thoughts and ideas are incorporated in the academic syllabus which are in accordance with the interests and ideologies of a state. The political and religious dogmas are inculcated in the society in a fashion that prohibits the way of rational doubt. The history of USA presents communist cruel, harsh and dangerous for humanity, whereas Soviet’s history tells the reverse. The Muslim invaders have been shown as heroes in Pakistani history, but Indians write them cruel and intolerant. The education propaganda cut at the roots of rational thought and sense of judgment. The economic and political propaganda also prohibits the free formation of thoughts; the compulsions imposed upon prohibits the course of free thinking. For the progress of thought and ideas , the world must be provided with the scientific way of thinking; where one can easily correct one’s mistake without being offensive and cruel towards the others’ opinion.
Your effort is pretty good, although having not a standard topic, you have done well in your writ-up. Your topic needs to be "Freedom of expression should have limitations" or "Media's propagation in 21st century" or "Media's role in making liberty" or "Media and yellow journalism" . You need to work on your outlines, attempt outlines as much as you can, because practicing will lead you to the perfection. Your introduction is better.

Let me give you a topic, attempt this one; "Freedom of expressions should have limitations" I will check your write-up and outlines too. So let's do it.

On Tolerance
Enduring anything that is against the desire of human nature is tolerance. However, there are not many people who possess the quality of showing resistance to what is normally against the wish of human nature. For instance, a small chit chat between a couple in a public library startles readers around to glare at them for disturbing silence; but who knows, they might be making inquiry about a particular book from each other. This is the reason why people know a very short list of people having the quality of tolerance. Those who have such ability not only become successful in life but create history sometimes. Nelson Mandela tolerated the hardships hurled at him during his 27 years in prison. As a result, his endeavours liberated the Black Africans from slavery when he forgave the Whites for their injustice towards the Black Africans. This was only possible due to his ability of tolerance. Similarly, many prophets bore difficulties at the hands of their opponents, but ultimately they succeeded in their aims of preaching their religions due to the ability of tolerance. The most significant example is that of prophet Muhammad [p.b.u.h] who faced many hardships at the hands of pagans, but eventually he accomplished the task of preaching Islam by tolerating every difficulty in his life. The list of people is not limited to those who are known in the history books, rather there are people around us who tolerate many bad patches in their daily lives, and it is due to them that life is more beautiful than it could have been otherwise. In contrast, the wars, crimes, corruption, feuds, etc., going around are due to the decrease in the ability to tolerate. However, the solution is to bear the very thing that annoys you, i.e. tolerate it, and fortunately, this solution is taught by almost every culture and religion of the world. One just have to tolerate, success and beautiful life will surely follow as a consequence.

Mustansar and exclusively, and any other participant kind check this para strictly on tolerance topic. Give remarks. i would be thankful.

Is Pakistan a failed state?

Pakistan is not a failed state, because she is so far stable. The concept of failed state means a country having destabilized at its sovereignty or political system. For example, Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria’s destabilization across the world are a case in point. On account of the invasions of imperialists, the said countries are no longer successful states. Their socioeconomic and political stabilities are deteriorating and hence they are confronted with miserable problems. Nevertheless, Pakistan, on contrary to that, is a stable country so far. Although Pakistan is facing diverse problems ranging from trifling issues up to governance problems, yet she is working on as an independent and sovereign state. In the current circumstances, Pakistan’s stability is at stake due to having unwanted problems such as lack of education, injustice, rampant corruption and mismanagement of resources and bad management issues. Adding fuel to the fire, the energy crisis and terrorism problems, both have damaged to the country greater in intensity and larger in scale. In spite of knowing these prickly issues, the government of Pakistan, unfortunately, has not taken pragmatic steps to overcome the problems. The situation is deteriorating day bay day and our politicians including the oppositional parliamentarians are visiting abroad. Hence, having glanced at the national problems, Pakistan needs to work on her pitfalls to resolve the issues so that no any country neither stakeholders and nor investors can dare to assume Pakistan a failed state.

exclusively you put an unnecessary comma in your first sentence. then you wore 'on contrary' its grammatically wrong ,it's ' on the contrary'. further there is a sentence 'both have damaged to the country greater in intensity and larger in scale.' i think we should not use preposition here.' both have damaged the country in greater intensity and larger scale'

You have written a detailed outline on free though but the part of official propaganda is actually missing in this outline. It is indirectly included in it so you should write about it directly.

Thank you so much for reading my writing.
I researched this phrase again and here it is the meaning of the phrase as it is used brother:
at the hands of sb| at sb's hands (formal) if you experience sth at the hands of sb, they are the cause of it. They suffered years of repression at the hands of the old regime.

In the end you have to prove or state what you are intending to explain in your essay. Re-read it to find your mistakes.
