@mujtaba laghari
world as a global village' is a descriptive topic which requires specific examples , statistics and an in-depth knowledge of the current geopolitical and economic scenario of today's world. if someone classifies it as an argumentative topic, even then the argument would need real life examples from today's world. Does foreign aid helps to achieve economic stability is a purely descriptive topic. Crisis of good governance in Pakistan; need for reforms and institution building; the first part of essay is descriptive because we need to quote and describe the actual crisis going on in our country nowadays;that would require an in-depth study of this topic, ; whereas the second part would actually require some good argumentative skills. @ zeeee gender equality is a myth is also an argumentative topic, yes you are right.
