While attempting a paper is it necessary first to make an outline and then write an essay or one can start direct without it???

Outline is not only mandatory but also carry 10 golden marks.

Without your outline essay simply does not carry any worth in css exams

Default Meaning of outline
I am surprised at your question. Remember those Urdu stories we did as kids? Our grammar books had a "Khaaka" and we followed that "Khaaka" to write story? Same is this outline. U write points and follow points to create essay. How can u make points in end and follow them first? How do u write when u don't know what to write? No outline or outline in end means NO MARKS

Don't worry brother.I saw some candidates who pass essay paper even without outline.So don't worry brother.If you write your essay perfectly without diverting from topic then you passed essay.Outline is only write to facilitate reader as well as writer to write.It doesn't meant that if you don't write outline.Reader will not read your essay.He will read your essay and if you prove your point with evidences.Sure you got good marks
