Default Introduction of the essay

Democracy is a system of government that has the potential to steer equitable political, social, cultural and economic development through inclusiveness. It is a political system that could expand its influence even to the most marginalized section of the world - the developing countries. Miserably, the developing and under-developed countries never showed the readiness to accept true democracy , and even when it did, it was enormously fragile. Democratic norms and values have not been allowed to nurture in the political set up of these developing states at their fullest. It is a grim reality that democracy failed to play a significant role in strengthening its roots in the developing world mainly because of the hurdles which it was compelled to face. Nevertheless, the powerful characteristics which democracy, as a system of government, possesses could play an influential role in bringing an optimistic change in the political, social, cultural and economic realms of the developing world. Politically, it could strengthen the authority of state and its writ by electing true representatives of people who could capitalize the capital resources in an effective way for the betterment of people; socially, it could bring life in the social-realms of a country by concentrating focus on socio-economic development and sustainable growth in a democratic way; culturally, it could enhance national integration by binding people to their communities at local level and citizens at national level and lastly, it could bring economic prosperity as wealth is not confined in one section of a society in a truly democratic state but it is distributed in fair manner at all levels of society guaranteeing social equality and removing economic disparities. It is, therefore, safe to point out that democracy in the developing world has the propensity to pull developing world out of its present-day crisis - internal as well as external

7. Conclusion
In my humble opinion, you must make some changes in outline.
1. You should point out why the developing countries need democracy.
2. In point 5, write about conditions of democracy in the developing countries of the whole world instead of only South Asia.
Otherwise, it is a good outline.

Looks good, however, you must take care of the grammar.
Like it is not confined in'' confined to'.fair manner' to ' a fair manner''.
